  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and oversee the overall email marketing strategy, aligning it with the company’s broader marketing and business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Define target audiences and segment email lists based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
    • Plan and develop email campaign calendars, including welcome series, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered automations.
  • Campaign Creation & Execution:
    • Craft compelling email copy that resonates with the target audience and encourages action.
    • Design visually appealing and responsive email templates using email marketing software.
    • Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and design elements.
    • Schedule and send email campaigns according to the planned calendar.
    • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
